AEW Rampage - Results

AEW / RAMPAGE RESULTS / 10/09/21

The fallout from AEW All Out continued on this weeks Rampage as AEW rolled into Cincinnati. With fans finally getting to see the postponed Pac vs Andrade El Idolo and Britt Baker D.M.D and Ruby Soho continuing their feud heading towards a future title shot for Soho.

Pac vs Andrade El Idolo

One thing that fans were disappointed about around All Out was the pulling of the match between Pac and Andrade that had been bubbling over for the last few weeks across AEW’s different platforms. With that in mind there was no messing about with Pac and Andrade ready for battle as Rampage went live. With the match not ending clean and Andrade possibly ending his alliance with Chavo, this rivalry could be due to continue for a little while longer, so it missing All Out might have been a good thing as it’ll more matches between these two accomplished high fliers.

Rebel, Jamie Hayter and Britt Baker vs Kris Statlander, Riho and Ruby Soho

The rivalry between Soho and Britt Baker D.M.D is heating up quickly, with Statlander and Rhio coming to the aid of Soho on this weeks Dynamite a trios match only seemed fitting. On paper Soho’s team had everything you would want from a trios team, power in Statlander, speed in Rhio and charisma in Soho making them the perfect opponents against Baker and her crew. Unsurprisingly it was Rebel that ended up taking the pin, thus protecting Baker however all the women in the match got a time to shine, continuing to highlight how staked the AEW Women’s roster currently is especially with the addition Soho last weekend.

Brian Pillman Jr. vs Max Caster

The nights final match hometown boy Brian Pillman Jr. was able to come away with a win against Max Caster, despite the attempts of Caster’s tag team partner Anthony Bowens. Another match that was perfect for Rampage, allowing some of AEW’s younger talent the chance to get ring time and develop themselves in front of a live crowd. The arrival of Jon Moxley to save Pillman Jr. after the match was a crowd pleaser and a chance for another Cincinnati original to make an appearance.

Another Rampage in the bag, lets see what next week brings…
