Blind Channel - New Music

Blind Channel’s new album ‘Lifestyles Of The Sick & Dangerous’ (out July 8th)

Blind Channel are one of the biggest rock bands in Finland today and are building a huge fervent fanbase around the rest of the world too. The new album is stacked full of post-hardcore and nu metal hits including previously released award-winning and multi-million streamed singles including ‘Don’t Fix Me’, ‘Bad Idea’, ‘Dark Side’, ‘Balboa’ and ‘We Are No Saints’.

Blind Channel were the most successful artist at the recent Finnish Grammy Awards (Emma Gala) earlier this year, where they received six awards, including two for ‘Dark Side’ (‘Song Of The Year’ & ‘Most Streamed Song’). They also were awarded ‘Band Of The Year’, ‘Artist Of The Year’ (by public vote), ‘Rock Of The Year’ and the ‘Export Award’ – the latter testament to their rapidly rising international profile having spent almost the entirety of this year on the road throughout the US, Europe and UK.

With this record Blind Channel are “channeling” NEWCORE - an amalgamation of genre leaders-past, such as both Bring Me The Horizon and Linkin Park. ‘Lifestyles Of The Sick & Dangerous’ is a solid record, banger after banger, at no point does the tempo drop - it’s an intense smack in the face with power & guts.

They are festival headliners in their home country and are topping the bill on many throughout July. They’ll be heading out on the road again for a headline tour across Europe and the UK in September, while they are also planning a return to the States soon following their hugely successful run across the country with From Ashes To New earlier this year. They band have already been receiving huge acclaim for songs from the forthcoming album and are massively championed by the rock press. Rock Sound Magazine have just put them on the cover (attached), while the likes of Kerrang, Metal Hammer and more are all huge supporters of the band too.

If you’ve not heard of Blind Channel before, it’s time you caught up and check them out now…
