Hitting shelves, digital and physical alike tomorrow, is the latest release from one of Radio 1’s most heralded modern British rock bands, Mallory Knox. 

‘Wired’ is to be the bands third studio album and looks to only further the story of this five pieces success. Formed in 2009, and maintaining the same line up since then, it looks like MK have nailed the technique to a happy and functional band, and this newest record stands on the shoulders of their previous works and screams we are Mallory Knox. 

‘Wired’ treats us to 10 tracks displaying the true breadth of the Mallory Knox spectrum. We knew these guys could do catchy and spunky, but not quite to this level before, they’ve truly stepped it up, the first two releases we’ve heard are insatiable to a ridiculously infective level, songs Wired and Giving It Up are killing the music television and radio channels, giving some real bang for their buck. On the softer side we have tracks Falling In Love and Come Back Around, where Mikey breaks your heart with his lyrically meaningful and soft vocals. 

Every song on this record stands both proudly and strongly alone, but together they send the listener along a journey- a story of pain, difficulties and also joy. This album is undoubtedly going to be a massive hit, and finally cement Mallory Knox into the mainstream conscious. 

Out on tour later this month, prepare for your feet to ache from dancing and jaw to ache from smiling, we are so glad to welcome back Mallory Knox to the forefront, where they belong.
